Financing provided by the EIB in Morocco

FEMIP is the key player in the economic and financial partnership between Europe and the Mediterranean, providing almost EUR 6 billion of financing between October 2002 and December 2006.

The EIB has been active in Morocco since 1978, providing finance totalling more than EUR 3 billion. Its operations are spread amongst the Bank’s traditional sectors in the region.
