Financing provided by the EIB in Israel

FEMIP is the key player in the economic and financial partnership between Europe andthe Mediterranean, providing almost EUR 6 billion of financing between October 2002 and December 2006.

Over the period 2007-2013, FEMIP will have at its disposal EUR 8.7 billion to support projects in the nine Mediterranean partner countries.These resources will be augmented by EUR 2 billion under the Mediterranean Partnership Facility II and by EU budget resources for technical assistanceand private equity activities.
