New Member and Accession States Debt Management Handbook - 2004

The handbook has been prepared by the EIB Capital Markets Department, based upon information gathered from Debt Management Offices of the ten new EU member Countries and the two Accession Countries, Bulgaria and Romania.

It contains information of all aspects of national debt management in the countries concerned as well as for the European Investment Bank and includes key contacts in all the debt offices.
