The accreditation desk will be located in the entrance hall of the International Convention Centre. Its opening hours are as follows:

Please note that all participants will be asked to show some form of identification. Only registered participants will receive a badge at the accreditation desk, giving admittance to the Forum. We ask you kindly to display your badge at all times, including at dinner and lunches.
Badges are colour-coded in order to facilitate personal contacts. They indicate the following categories of participants:

There will be no special seating arrangements except for a limited number of seats in the front row reserved for speakers.
Delegates are kindly requested to switch off their mobile telephones during the Forum sessions.
All sessions will have simultaneous interpretation in English and Spanish. Other languages will be provided according to speaker’s preference.
Headsets for simultaneous interpreting will be available. On departure, please leave the headsets on your seat.
Speeches or their outlines, if available from the speakers, will be distributed at the end of each Forum session at the entrance of the conference room. They will also be published on the Bank’s website (www.eib.org/forum).
A full set of documentation on the EI B and the conference is provided upon accreditation, (including a list of participants).
In the Financial Fair (level P1) you will find a stand displaying information on the EI B. The Fair will be open from 13 hrs on Thursday 12 March to 14 hrs on Friday 13 March.
Coffee, tea and refreshments will be served in the Foyer.

The press room provides a full range of media facilities. It will be organised and managed by the members of the EI B’s Press Office.
EIB Information Officers can be contacted through the Secretariat for arranging interviews or other media contacts. A special message board for the press will display messages and updated information for the press.

On Thursday 12 March, a welcome lunch will be served from 13.00 on the second floor (level 2) of the CCIB.
EIB President Philippe Maystadt and the Bank’s Management Committee are pleased to welcome you to the Forum Cocktail dinner at 20.00 on Thursday, 13 March at the Cosmo‑Caixa (Isaac Newton 26, 08022 Barcelona).
Buses will bring delegates from the CCIB to the CosmoCaixa and back after dinner. The buses will leave the CCIB immediately after the closing session of the first conference day. All the buses will take delegates back to the city centre (Plaça Catalunya) and the CCIB at 22.00.
The Closing Lunch on Friday 13 March will take place on the second floor (level 2) of the CCIB.

A shuttle bus service has been arranged on Friday 13 March from the Forum venue to Barcelona airport. Departure times are 13.30 and 14.30.
