Staff Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to the members of staff of the European Investment Bank. It sets out the rules applicable in matters of professional ethics and behaviour and is to be read in conjunction with the Staff Regulations. The Code also applies by extension, and insofar as their contracts so provide, to third parties who have entered into contracts to provide services to the Bank.

The principles set out in the Code are also reflected, mutatis mutandis, in the Code of Conduct applicable to the members of the Management Committee.
