Code of good administrative behaviour for the staff of the EIB in its relations with the public

This code lays down the general principles of behaviour applicable for EIB staff in dealing with citizen's requests for information and other enquiries. It is also published in the Official Journal of the European Communities C17 of 19 january 2001.
