Business Unit | General Secretariat, Directorate General for Legal Affairs and Directorate General for Human Resources (SG-JU-RH) - Human Resources Department (RH) - People Development and Organisation Management Division (P&O) The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be to develop and implement new policies, programmes and tools in the area of Compensation and Benefits in respect of the staff of the EIB Group and establish close links with the performance management system to enable the Bank to attract and retain the best employees. Furthermore, s/he will act as the HR Business Partner for designated Business Unit/s (directorates/departments) ensuring that the management team is provided with high quality and timely advice, HR support and effective HR input so as to maximise the performance of their employees and to align with the changing requirements of the Bank. Main challenges of the role are: Reporting to the Head of the P&O Division, the chosen candidate will coordinate a team of other Compensation & Benefits specialists. S/he will ensure close teamwork and horizontal co-operation with the other specialists in the division and more specifically will work closely with other lawyers to ensure that changes in the HR policies are underpinned with appropriate legal guidance. S/he will maintain relationships with peers in other IFIs in order to exchange information and build cooperation. |
