Secretary/Assistant (Projects Directorate)
Business Unit | Projects Directorate (PJ) The successful candidate will assist a team of engineers and/or economists within a division under the supervision of a Head of Division. |

Responsibilities | - Provide secretarial services
- Assist with administrative support for projects
- Filing and archiving, especially of notes, reports and documents relating to projects (and sectoral studies)
- Prepare the logistics of business trips and other travel by team members
- Enter data into in-house databases and be able to search these databases
- Assist with the management of contracts with external consultants
- Prepare statistics on team members' activities
- Replace other secretaries within the department if required
Other possible future responsibilities: - Under the supervision of engineers/economists, help to search for documentation relating to project appraisals and sectoral studies; assist with certain aspects of the evaluation and technical and economic monitoring of projects

Qualifications | - Secondary-level studies plus secretarial training with diploma and/or a minimum of two years' equivalent professional experience
- Very good command of English and French. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage
- Fully conversant with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
