The Bank offers professional and managerial jobs at different levels and covering a wide range of professions. These positions require a University degree and an adequate level of relevant experience.

The basic salaries for these positions range between levels F and C of the salary grid. Other benefits and advantages are additional. The basic salaries of the senior managers and senior experts of the Bank (Senior Cadres) are not included in this salary scale.
