The Bank’s Directorate responsible for lending to customers across Europe is seeking for its multinational teams corporate bankers with experience in creating and delivering structured financing for corporate costumers and financial institutions.

Responsibilities |
- Identify new financing opportunities in line with EIB’s objectives
- Evaluate proposals’ feasibility, analyse corporate, project and financial risks and propose loan structures and risk pricing accordingly
- Negotiate and execute transactions
- Produce recommendations for financing decisions in English or French
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients and follow up proposals’ development

Qualifications |
- University degree and/or post-graduate degree in finance/economics or any related subject
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ proven professional experience in the banking/financial sector, preferably in corporate finance and/or structured finance
- Expertise in financial analysis and cash-flow modelling as well as experience in credit risk assessment
- Proven success in marketing to corporate customers
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and/or French and good command of the other. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
