The successful candidate will contribute to carrying out IT-related implementation, configuration and data management processes (for Treasury, Borrowings or Loans according to the specific skills of the applicant), in the Wall Street Suite application package supporting the Bank's Financial and Lending activities in order to meet the functional and technology needs of the organisation. |

Responsibilities |
- Working as part of the support team, carry out IT-related tasks in the project including:
- Configuration of instruments, templates and layouts (within the WSS package)
- Analysis, design and development of interfaces, migration scripts and customer-specific developments
- Testing and verification of the implemented solutions, including overall performance aspects
- Play a key role in executing the data migration from the legacy systems where appropriate, and ensuring that the system with all associated interfaces works according to specifications
- Produce appropriate IT-related standard documentation (for example Design Specifications, Test Plans) as needed
- Take responsibility and initiative for the implementation of new releases, ensuring the quality of the deliverables and the coherence with related applications
- React quickly to issues and problems by analysing them and proposing solutions in cooperation with the vendor (WSS), and internal IT and business users
- If a third party maintenance team is involved, co-ordinate and monitor its activities, thereby ensuring the quality of the corrective and evolutive maintenance performed on the system

Qualifications |
- University degree in a subject related to Information Technology
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a banking environment
- Knowledge of the Wall Street Suite package or similar Front-to-Back core banking systems (such as Midas, Opics, Summit , Flexcube, Murex, Kondor+, K+TP, Olympic, Trading Assistant, Ambit, Quantum, Phase3, Globus, T24, Calypso)
- Solid experience of Unix (preferably Sun Solaris and Linux) and Sybase or Oracle, as well as common development tools (especially Java, Python, Perl)
- Practical experience is required in banking or financial services
- Excellent knowledge of English or French and good knowledge of the other
