Public consultation meeting on EIB's complaints mechanism, public disclosure and transparency policies

As part of a public consultation process on the EIB's Complaints Mechanism Policy, Public Disclosure Policy and Transparency Policy, a public meeting is organised in Brussels on Monday 22 June. The consultation was launched on 18 May, when the policies subject to consultation were published on the EIB website.

  The meeting is followed by a buffet lunch.

Participants from EIB will include: Philippe de Fontaine Vive, Vice-President responsible among others for External Communication and Relations with Civil Society; Felismino Alcarpe, Head of Division, Corporate Responsibility Policies; Hakan Lucius, Head of Public Information and Relations with Civil Society Organisations Division; Guido Prud'homme, Head of Unit for Institutional Affairs and Lending Policies outside the Union.

Interested organisations and individuals are invited to register for the meeting by returning the attached registration form before 15 June. Interested parties can opt for a speaking slot.

The Workshop's working language will be English; interpretation facilities for French will be available. Further details on the programme and venue will be sent after receipt of the registration form. Please note that the number of places available is limited to allow for a suitable interaction between participants. Consequently, we may have to give priority to those who have asked to participate at an early stage. In case the number of registrations exceeds the capacity of the venue, the Bank will consider organizing an additional meeting.
