Annual Activity Report
In accordance with the EIB Complaints Mechanism Policy point 11.13 "Publication and Reporting of complaints" the EIB publishes the Annual Activity report of the EIB Complaints Office.
Complaints
In accordance with the EIB Complaints Mechanism Policy point 11.13 "Publication and Reporting of complaints" the EIB, for all those complaints where the complainant(s) waive the right to confidentiality, publishes a) the complaint, b) the official reply by the EIB’s Secretary General and c) the EIB Complaints Office Conclusions Report.
Both the Annual Activity Report and the reporting on individual complaints are in accordance with the EIB Complaints Mechanism Policy point 11.14 "Data Protection".
